These 100% Money Back Guarantee terms and conditions shall govern all the refund transactions and requests from the client (You or Your) of CanvasContest.com (We or Us or Our).

Your eligibility for refund under this Guarantee shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Refund request is placed within 30 days of contest expiration date.
2. You have waited till the end of your contest period.
3. You have left enough feedback for the designs you received.
4. Refund amount shall not exceed 100% of the amount that you paid to CanvasContest.com irrespective of the circumstances.
5. This Guarantee stands void and won’t be applicable under following situations:
1. You have Committed / Guaranteed your project budget.
2. You have not communicated enough with the designerns, i.e., you have not left enough feedback for the designs you received or commented back to the designers.
3. You have already chosen a design as winner.
4. You have requested a refund after 30 days of contest expiration date.
5. If you have failed to choose winner within 30 days of the contest end date, you contest will be treated as abandoned and the prize money (along with participation fee, if any) shall be disbursed amongst one or more than one participating designers as per our sole discretion and in a manner decided by us.

Note: In a situation of refund, we will keep your posting/listing fees or transaction fees and any upgrade fees that you've paid us (such as the featured or highlight or private contest upgrade, etc.). In case you haven’t received a single design, then we will keep posting/listing fees or transaction fees only and refund 100% of your project budget and the upgrade fees that you have paid to CanvasContest.com.
